Size Guide How To Measure

To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:

Key Measurements (Overall Kit)
- Height
  Stand straight against a wall (barefoot). Measure from the floor to the top of your head.
- Chest/Bust
  Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest/upper bust, under the arms. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
- Waist
  Measure the natural waistline (narrowest part, typically near the belly button). Relax your stomach for accuracy.
- Hips/Seat
  Measure around the fullest part of your hips/buttocks, ensuring the tape is level.
- Inseam
  From the inner crotch down to the ankle bone (or desired hem length). Stand naturally, legs slightly apart.
- Torso Length
  - Back Torso: From the base of the neck (where a collar sits) down the spine to the waist, then continue to the crotch.
- Sleeve Length
  From the shoulder tip (edge of shoulder bone) along the arm to the wrist bone. Bend the arm slightly for mobility.
- Shoulder Width
  Measure across the back from the edge of one shoulder to the other (where sleeves typically start).
- Neck Circumference (if collar exists)
  Wrap the tape around the base of the neck, leaving room for two fingers’ space.
